Unfortunately, due to privacy reasons, I am unable to show the bulk of the work that I did at Pantsuit Professionals during my Summer 2023 Internship with them.  As a UX/UI Designer,  I spent 3 months on their User Experience Design team leading design on multiple internal products, specifically focusing on developing their mobile app and website. Here are some brief notes about the work I did during this time:

• Single-handedly constructed an Information Hierarchy model using Figma with over 140 segments, serving as a basis for user navigation in mobile and desktop versions for both their app and website.

​

• Collaborated and communicated effectively with 3 other members on the App Design team to brainstorm screen layouts that enhance the user experience through practical design principles such as natural mapping, visibility, standardization, and error recovery.  

​

• Created a brand UI Kit for Pantsuit Professionals, designing key text elements, icons, and components to be used consistently and coherently throughout each platform's interface.  Through this work, I researched new and impactful ways to re-design the company's colors and branding, implementing these changes into their current and upcoming platforms and content.

• Individually selected from App Design team to work cross-functionally with Pantsuit Professionals' Website Design team in re-designing screens' layouts and content to better adjust to new branding configurations and user needs.  I coordinated with the Backend Development team to test the functionality and implementation of the website's prototype, adjusting accordingly based on user feedback and critiques.

• Improved the products' usability through consecutive rounds of user testing, re-evaluating pages' designs and layouts to better suit user tendencies and goals as they navigate through the platform.  

​

• Designed and prototyped over 250+ complete screens for the mobile and tablet versions of their app, in addition to the mobile, tablet, and desktop versions of their website. The entirety of my design process was curated using AdobeXD, collaborating with various team members through a shared Creative Cloud of our work.

• Employed effective and thorough problem-solving skills to identify user needs, resolve team conflicts, and improve the overall user experience across Pantsuit Professionals' digital platforms.​
